📋 Guest Wi-Fi Terms of Use

1. Service

Luther 1517 gGmbH provides visitors to Panorama LUTHER 1517 with free internet access via a public guest Wi-Fi network. Use is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Acceptance

By activating and using the guest Wi-Fi, you accept these terms of use. The privacy information for the guest Wi-Fi applies in addition.

3. Permitted use

The guest Wi-Fi may be used for lawful private internet use. In particular, users must not:

• access, distribute or make available unlawful content;
• infringe copyrights, trademark rights, personal rights or other third-party rights;
• attempt to interfere with, manipulate or gain unauthorised access to devices, networks, accounts or services;
• spread malware, send spam or perform automated attacks or scans;
• use the access in a way that significantly impairs the network or other users.

4. Technical restrictions

For reasons of security and fair use, individual internet applications, protocols or services may be restricted or blocked. Available bandwidth may be limited or shared among several users. There is no entitlement to a particular speed, uninterrupted availability or access to a particular online service.

5. Security

The guest Wi-Fi is a public network. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices and data, for example by keeping software up to date and using encrypted connections (HTTPS) where available. Sensitive information should only be transmitted through appropriately secured services.

6. Suspension or termination of access

Access may be temporarily restricted or terminated where this is necessary for operation, maintenance, security or to prevent misuse. This also applies if these terms of use are violated.

7. Liability

The guest Wi-Fi is provided as an additional visitor service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a specific bandwidth or the availability of third-party websites and services. Statutory liability, in particular liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

8. Audio guide

Access to the guest Wi-Fi does not automatically include access to the WITTENBERG360 audio guide. The audio guide requires a separate valid code or QR code issued for that purpose.
